Man Found Dead Following Five Hour Standoff

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah - A man is found dead inside a South Jordan home after a five hour standoff with police.

This was my good friend, I am glad he didn't kill her. Warned her about him, but sometimes you can only learn the hard way.

Actually she had a history of abusing him. He was my ex broher in law.
Wait until the police investigation is done...then well see how this will play out.
From what police suspect, he was dead when they got there...
You may not know your friend as well as you think you do.

Both were abusers of Drugs, this is not a shocking event, but very tragic(both have history).

Stay away from the drug users and you'll live a higher quantity of life, and let Darwinism take care of the rest.

This is my best friend...I know she is the victim.She has been the victim of his crazy acts ever since she met him.I begged her not to see him any longer and now look what happend. I love her and am praying for her... I hate him for doing this to all of us he was a sick man that needed help...She warned his parents of his awful behavior and told me she feared her life...

I am one of Teri's sister's and I know the unbelieveably vicious things Kyle did to her to in the six hours that he spent trying every way possible to kill her. Police had warrant out for his arrest for driving a girl to the desert and making her dig her own grave, he planned to kill her and then changed his mind and drove her back to town. He has a history of rage, violence and drug abuse. His own mother told Teri that he had mental illness but would not take medicine for it. I am sorry that he died at such a young age, but he was a very tormented soul and wanted to die and was going to take Teri with him. And to Eric, if you actually read all of the reports, the police could see him walking around in the bedroom for hours and tossed a phone in to him to try and talk to him. Teri had gotten out of the house by jumping off a 20ft high balcony and crawling and then running to the neighbors to call 911.Teri did not kill him--you obviously do not know Teri.

My heart goes out to Teri's family. I live 2 doors down from Teri and witnessed the "standoff". I also had several run ins with Kyle and it was obvious he was disturbed. It takes a very disturbed person to do what he did to Teri, it is unspeakable. For anyone believing that Teri had anything to do with Kyle's death is ridiculous, Kyle was still moving about on the top floor at 3:30 am, Teri wasn't there you stupid moron, quit blaming the victim and making excuses for the man

I agree with you 100 percent. Teri is a sweet girl, and went through a tramatic experience that most of us will never endure in our lifetimes. I hope that god blesses her, and helps her recover from this situation and get back to her normal life.

She is my good friend too and I have seen firsthand what he has done to her on several occassions... she is a awesome lady who deserves so much more.... I am just sorry that I am so far away I only found out when I talked to her again today.K.N> was a violent out of control self and partner abuser he apparently finally did what he has threatened before and ended it.
