Great idea for PA. Most only work 4 days anyway.

How is it saving energy if they are working 4 10 hr. shifts? That's still 40 hrs. a week in the office with all the lights and electricity on. And, with the 10 hr. day, are they getting an additional or longer break? More driving around to the convenience stores, etc.?
