What is the deal with this person? Are they unstable or am I in the wrong?I was in Vancouver for six months on a working holiday visa and have since returned.

Two weeks before I left Vancouver, I was staying at my friend's cousin's apartment. He was extremely nice and flirty and gave me the keys to his place. He was nice up until two days before I left. He has two laptops and was alway...s like 'feel free to use them whenever you like, you don't have to ask me!'. I abided by his house rules and things were good.

Two days before I leave, I come home froma friend's house and he's playing WoW on one laptop. The other was closed. I decide to check my email. As soon as I lift the laptop lid:

Guy: WHAT ARE YOU DOING
Me: Checking my email.
Guy: I'M GOING TO WORK ON THERE
Me: Oh, okay. Do you want me to close it?
Guy: THAT'S THE WAY I HAD IT DIDN'T I

I intended to leave his keys for him before I left, but found them in my jacket days after I came home.

I texted him and told him I was going to send him the keys. I send them. They were supposed to arrive this past Friday.

I texted him tonight and asked him if the keys came yet. He says no, and I apologize and tell him that they were suppose...d to arrive on Friday.

He then tells me that he has my credit card number cached on his computer and he's going to charge me 150 dollars for new locks if the keys don't arrive by Friday.

What is this person's deal?
