anything like that presentation, the whole thing figures to be a disaster. Having seven people shuffle up to the podium for a tedious, never-ending "show" was a perfect example of how disorganized this project really is.

Get one spokesperson. Actually address the issues raised as concerns, instead of pretending to.

"Mojo" went out as a lingo about 10 years ago, with the failure of the last Austin Powers movie. Like everything else in this town, this project is a bunch of old people about a decade behind the curve.

This will destroy the downtown. But the old retirees who move here will not be happy until they wreak total destruction on something the claim to love.

Don't blame this on the retirees. It's just as much as the younger generation who move here and can't leave their city ways behind. I'm a retiree and I don't want this farce or do many of my friends. Let's face it. The town horses asses are going to eventually approve this regardless. If they would put it up for public vote then that's another thing. I really think they are afraid of finding out the truth. How many of the people on EPIC are residents of Estes Park, you know, the one's who are trying to tell us what's good for us.

Don't be fooled, Seeley cant sell the land and by "donating" she avoids paying taxes on it...shes no hero. If you really want to see any eyesore downtown, build this. Move the ice skating rink over there!

Stop putting important decisions in the hands of six people. They let personal wants and needs interfere with the will of the people.

This must come before the entire Estes Park population for a vote, similar to letting an oil company drill downtown or Larry Flint relocate his Hustler publishing empire downtown. A giant empty most of the time stage with 750 seats empty most of the time will corrupt the look and feel of downtown.

You,ve hit the nail on the head! However, you know that EPIC and The Board of Trustees don't give a dam about what we, the public think. You have six (?) trustees and a clueless mayor who are afraid to put EPIC to a public vote! All that they are concerned with is their own personnal agendas!

This unpainted old wooden tower should be torn down. An eye for an eyesore.

the retirees are proud of. Scooter friendly and all stores selling only BenGay and Metamucil. Is Lawenece Welk dead? Would he come and play in Bond Park. That Fitsch guy plays too much rock and roll.

Go away old people. Retire somewhere to a place where the performing arts center hosts Fiddler on the Roof and Sound of Music revivals all the time. Then resign for personal reasons.

REALLY ?! IMO: Doesn't downtown have enough problems, congestion, already? I think a performing arts center is a good idea. But, to even entertain downtown is ample evidence of 'Mental Health Problems' right here in River City. I think it should take a cluster of ignor@%#$&$ to even seriously discuss the location. The location thought couldn't pass a sanity test...Maybe we need to start requiring mental health and background checks on local leaders?

Then again, maybe they could incorporate an IMAX, Acquarium, Zoo, Community Rec Center, highrise low income housing, childcare center, etc., in it to make it more plausible.........throw in a planetarium on top for good measure.

Turn out the lights, the party's over....

A performing arts center for dogs should replace the current town hall.

Much more entertaining and less to clean up.
