Karen Stockley thinks for herself and is fiscally responsible. She is well educated and understands the issues.

I've spoken to Karen, and she really is the moderate that she advertises herself to be. It's easy to label her if you've never met her; go watch her debates and see for yourself where she stands instead of parroting talking points. Nikkel is too far right for this district, as evidenced by her support of Amendment 62. She also has barely shown up in our district since her appointment, at least not until election time, whereas Karen has been working hard in her community for many years. Vote Stockley!
Same old sorry rhetoric Windsorite. You must not read your OWN newspapers who had this to say about B.J. Nikkel: The Windsor Beacon gushed over Nikkel's presence in Windsor and around her district and said, "Loveland's B.J. Nikkel has an impressive first session at the Colorado statehouse..." They said it because B.J. has had the ability to work across the aisle and get 9 out of 11 of her bills passed while being a freshman in the minority party.
My Windsor Now said, "All the editorial staff can think of to say about House District 49 Rep. B.J. Nikkel R-Loveland is, Wow! What a breath of fresh air!"

Compared to Kevin Lundberg, the air from my sewage treatment plant was a breath of fresh air. C'mon, that quotes 18 months old. Doesn't seem like there's much love for BJ any more when you read all these comments!

Karen Stockley is a home grown candidate, good mom and wife (5 children), a small businesswoman (antique dealership) who works for Coloradoans in her area, not the wealthiest 1%.

Karen Stockley is a small business owner and knows what it's like to keep a business afloat during these challenging economic times. Karen has also worked diligently to support education as a School Board Director for the Thompson School District. She doesn't just give lip service to wanting to improve education. She's on the frontline doing what she can to make sure our schools are receiving the support that they need.
