Illegal trash disposal increasing in Estes Park

True about the "lot's of lazy", but there's also a lot of people who can barely afford their outlandish rents, and when that's the case, some things don't seem as important, such as paying to get rid of trash.
I think a lot of landlords are going to find the garages and basements and crawl spaces of their rentals filled with trash and now un-trashable t.v.'s and electronics when renters move out - heck, the renters already know the landlord isn't going to refund their deposit (they rarely do anymore). Consider that damage deposit as the cost of trash services.........
Once again Lancaster and the other town "fathers" showing how fookin' out-of-touch they are with a good proportion of the Estes community......
