Criminals working for the local government. This is an outrage.

Luckily, it is limited to only 100 people and their spouses besides the one singled out as a sacrifice.

I remember when we electrificated the outhouse so that we didn't haven ta wipe ousselves within whatever was handy in the dark, ofen our brothers hand or sisters tamperon, which was a sheep anyhow but an awful dirty one.
