Please define "Straighten the Pipes". Then how about asking the town if it wants a new Community Center/ Senior Center, or are you sleeping with Skylar Roarabaugh (not sure of spelling)? How about telling EPIC you won't approve their monument to their ego unless they agree to take say 10% off the top of all revenue for infrastructure improvement. After all, their patrons will be using the streets to get to The Rocky, They will be using town utilities, etc. The infrastructure should have been addressed years ago, instead of waiting for it to fall apart.

First of all, the streets leading to the Rocky are all highways ( funded by the state). Secondly, this Town manager comes here from FT. Collins and immediately wants a sales tax increase... nevermind he and fellow government workers are getting another pay raise.$33 million dollar revenue isn't enough for him. Thirdly, present government worker payroll is already over $8.5 million and growing and this for only 106 workers. Tell me again why we need a sales tax increase?
