- uphill - both ways! That's the way this town's retirees did it! And when they get to school, give 'em a lesson in boot strapp up pulling! Just like all the old folks learned.
Of course, there were 90% less laws and regulations back then to hamstring an entrepreneur pr business starting out. Heck, laborers could advertise services without fearing that the Town would come after them to check their licenses! But, let's not let facts about the obstacles change the facts - most of you young-un's are soft, and lazy, and so are your parents (if they're under 40). I'll bet you are socialists, too, and have signed up for that Obama-care with that Medicaid supplement! Free-loading buggers!
Now, let's see, where is my social security statement? Did Medicare cover that last visit to the nice doctor?

Boy could a lot of money be saved if there was no bus service. That money could buy books from the Texas group and our kids would not have to learn science! If that pesky regulation that children didn't have to attend so many days of school a year who would care if they closed schools. And you are right, there would be more money in the SS and medicare pot for the group. Younger generation, who cares, it is about me!
