This improves nothing and will do virtually nothing to reduce congestion. While it will ruin Riverside Drive, it will do almost nothing to improve congestion on Elkhorn.

I'm glad someone in this town has some good sense. It's too bad it isn't found among our town trustees and officials. I don't suppose this could have anything to do with The Performing Arts, do you?
