The Wellness center will be the savior of Estes Park, compensate for all the lost revenue from the flood, provide jobs year round full time for everyone in Estes, Is bigger than the ski industry.
I am waiting to hear how it is also the cure for cancer, will prevent birth defects and grant its customers immortality.
Folks , the problem with the grandiose, delusional ,overblow hype is that it only leads to major letdown and disappointment when all the hot air can't POSSIBLY live up to the expectations.
A more low key, realistic approach would have garnered you more support.

Feel like buying a ticket on the Titanic?
I went on Anschutz Aurora site; and it is more akin to proposed Community Center on Stanley Fairgrounds. Low membership, group activities, walking track, cooking classes, etc...pretty cool.
I do not know how a three thousand dollar a week facility up at Lot 4 relates to Aurora Concept. Is this a new type of franchise?

of Grandeur! Everything is just so hunky dory with John Cullen. Sort of like General Custer leading his troops to slaughter. He will tell you what you want to hear just to get you on his wave length. However, the big question to still be answered is will lot 4 remain as is after the vote? Don't count your eggs before they're hatched. Whats ya gonna do if lot 4 is voted to remain as open space? Maybe John Nicholas has that answer. He seems to get his two bits in now and then. And if it's the other way around, and Cullen's wealthy friends don't come, who is going to be responsible for a bunch of empty, decaying buildings. Remember, Big John said that if EPMC doesn't come up with their part of the money, he would either build the Wellness Center himself or leave LOT 4 AS OPEN SPACE!

Wow - the Anshutz Medical Campus did more business than the ski industry. I think we all know that medical services cost too much and the wellness side of those figures is very small.

The big question is who did the feasability study for the hospital. Where are the figures coming from? John Cullens is a very smart, ruthless player and the hospital is not.
