This is pretty much what I was saying a few pannels back. Children (that age) don't usually understand what is happening to them...let alone be able to explan it. So when it comes out this detailed... it's a clear indication that something happened. I really don't believe there is any motivation for a 7 year old to invent such a tale. My heart goes out to her. It's terrible that her innocence and childhood have been shattered.
Exactly..she told the same exact story to me, her grandmother, father, cops, detectives. All at different times too. It's crazy how someone would even take the side of someone else being accused of doing something like this..family or not. The person you least expect to pull this kinda stunt is the one most likely to do it I guess. Obviously he's going to plead not guilty. Guys in prison don't do well with child molesters. But this little girl had absolutely no reason to make something like this up regardless of what Patrick comes up with as an excuse.

People don't want to believe their loved ones could be capable of such henous acts. The mind is a very powerful thing. Therefore the level of denial can be enormous. The reason the perpetrator is usually the person you would think is least likly to commit this crime...is because they insert themselves into positions of trust. They take (in most cases) occupations that give them access to children. Hence one of the biggest scandles of molestation (probably in history) involved priests. But I don't want to give the person who keeps judging me as being off topic a real reason to do so. I will again just wish the little girl a better and happier life from here on out. Good luck and stay strong.

Wrong, she did not give the same exact story to anyone, and neither did her 2 cousins.
if you check out other types of cases, these go right to trial instead of waiting around, think about that one.

I know this little girl personally, I'm the first person out of her family she told about what happened. The way she described it to me and to the cops numerous times, it's clear she isn't making something like this up. She had 2 cousins with her in the same room while it was happening and one of them caught a glimpse of it happening. If her mother had any bit of common sense this would have been reported right after it happened instead of when she came out and told me. The child's fathers side of the family does not take this kinda stuff lightly..at all. Most people don't and shouldn't seeing how disgusting it is to touch a little kid. The consistency of her stories is what's gonna get him. 7 year olds aren't good at giving elaborate stories unless its the truth. His time will come.
If her cousins had actually caught a glimps of it happening.....why didn't they stop it, or tell another adult in the house cause i know for a fact there were about 3 to 4 other adults there.... and he was with them. not in the room.

actually this girl had a motive, because he promised them that he would take the kids out to chuckecheese's and had to unfortunatly cancel cause he had unforseen health issues come up. this man has been around this family for years. and one of the cousins since birth. and nothing has ever happened why all of a sudden would it? it wouldn't because its a disgusting act against a child. as i said in my other post. if the cousins caught a glimps of what was going on why didn't they stop it or say something to the 3 to 4 other adults that were in the house?

You were there when she spoke to police and family? Or do you know this from testimony?

No, i wasn't there, but obviously she wasn't either.
but as i said before i know alot about this case.
I cannot say too much of going into detail because it is not public info, but i will say things do not add up whatsoever between all 3 of the girls testimonies. there are alot of holes in what they all say. Not just what one says but what they all say seperatly and together.

People (especially children) don't always act or do what they are suppose to do after a tramatic event. Some people live with secrets in fear for years without telling anyone anything. It doesn't matter if you tell a 7 year old don't do this or make sure you do that. You can only hope they will. Maybe after hearing other situations were children thought they were at fault and kept silent got her to finally speak.

If this kid is cryin rape over not going to chucky cheese...then I suspect there was a lot of lyin and story tellin going on in the past!? Why is "such a troubled child" who lies and accuses people of such hideous things aloud in the house then? If this were anger over not being taken somewhere that day (as you people have said)...then why wasn't the accusation made that day? Months later a 7 year old says..."Remember that day I wanted to go to chucky cheese? Well...I'm still mad! And now your gonna pay for it now! Rape!" Hard to believe a 7 year old holding such a vengeful grudge for months.

Around the time this happened..this little girl was going to chuck e cheese ALL the time..she didn't make up the story because he didn't bring her. And your right this guy has been around the family for years. She told her mother after it happened+when she went to go call the cops the little girls mothers grandmother took the phone from her+hung it up because she thought shed be able to work through the situation on her own, then told the little girl not to tell anyone! As I said in my earlier comment...if the girls mother had any common sense she would've called the cops anyways as I know I would with my own child. She was going to the bus stop there until she started opening up+telling other people what had happened. When she decided to tell someone outside of her mothers family what happened she was immediately taken away from that bus stop and driven to school everyday. She hasn't been back to it since. I don't know what's going on with her cousins but I know the house she was living in at the time knew about the situation soon after it happened and did nothing.

up until recently meaning 6 months ago when she told someone that actually cared enough to move her away from that situation....why is it that after this little girl was taken away from the bus stop her cousins always had another adult down there with them..?!

I was there a few times when she spoke to police and i remember one of them saying how clear her story was because she always gave the same answer no matter who she was talking to. She didn't make this up cause she didn't go to chuck e cheese..I'm sure this guy thought that might've been a believable story to come from a little girls mouth to make himself look innocent though.

she was still around them for a while when this supposed incident happened. and then when she was told she wasn't able to be brought she was the most upset of all the kids..... and again.... might have learned this tactic from certain family member"S" more than one... you never know what a 7 yr old knows and doens't know. you don't know their personal life inside their home. they could be wise beyond their years because of things happening in their home life. and what they have witnessed on both sides of their family mother and FATHER.

Why are those girls even on that bus stop to begin with??? They don't even live on that street and the family is just keeping them on that bus to cause trouble for his children and force them off of their bus to go directly to their home.

Now this makes sense! Everything you just said is a believable scenario. All these outrageous motives (of a 7 year old to boot)are just ludicrous! Now there's a whole BUS conspiracy! People bringing their kids to other streets to force this guys kids off the bus!? LOL! Do those parents have that much time on their hands? Thank God someone stepped up and talked to this little girl and helped her.
