Yeah I remember a Jeanne sticking up for this guy cuz she "knew him". How he'd never kick a cat or hurt any living creature cuz it was against his religion. Well Jeanne...? What the excuse this time? Had he done the time for the cat this poor little girl would have been safe! Crucify him.

This is a man that i personally know extremly well and i know what is going on with this whole thing too.
he did not and would never hurt a child in any way shape or form.
Nor an animal which he was proven innocent by far!
remember the whole innocent until proven guilty. do not judge anyone based on a one sided story, whom the writer of this article had no right to the specifics of the case in the first place which again was one sided.
no one who is reading this article knows what is really going on, unless you personally know any of the persons involved. so before you make a fool of yourself....which you all have, never judge anyone based on a one sided story.
How about if this was YOU being written about and accused of this. you wouldn't want people saying what you are saying about you especially if you know you didn't do it, would you?...... i didn't think so.

some people don't have the luck others were born with, and may always be the one others blame for things that may not even be true. especially ones that stick their necks out for others and are treated in such ways. makes people think that they shouldn't help anyone or anything because they just may be blamed for something they didn't do. this is not the time or place to discuss the other side of the story, especially when this reporter was actually reprimanded for posting this because she was not supposed to have the information anyways.
there is always 2 sides to every story. not just this one. no one should judge another based on one side in the first place.

What information was she not suppose to have? Charges were filed and he pled not guilty. Fact. Why would (she) the reporter be reprimanded? And the TWO crimes this guy has been accused of are quite cruel. The second more so then the first...obviously. People with kids hear this stuff reported and get upset. And get upset for good reason. Some vent here. Just as you did in his defense. I will say he must be a truely hated person to be falsly accused of something like this!

actually she was not supposed to have any of it. she was able to get her hands on information that was not openly discussed in court. i was there. i know. and the JUDGE was the one who was more angry than anyone that she got the information.and the first about the cat was proved he didn't actually do it and was proved innocent.(btw if a stray cat was coming after you to attack while you were trying to find your own pet what would you do?)

and about this case these types of things happen to good people all the time of them being falsely accused. read up on it.
i have a child and i trust this man wholeheartedly, he would do anything to protect me and my child.

Ok. so it was proven he didn't kick a cat. But in the same breath you prompt me with the question..."If a stray cat came at you...what would you do?" Implying it would be alright to kick it 2 feet in the air! So he did or he didn't? Because your contradicting yourself. And you are correct...GOOD people do get accused of things they didn't do. I don't know about all the time...But,the description the victim gave seems very detailed. If your friend is innocent I hope it all comes to light. But it sounds like something went on that day.

No he didn't kick the cat. And he would never.
I'm just saying since a lot of ppl thought he did what would you do?
And the description the victim gave may or may not have been the first second or third story they gave..... I know what happened..... And this man would never do what he is being accused of.

Who cares about what myself or anyone else would do against the attack of a stark raving mad cat. Again...If this friend of yours is truly innocent...I hope he can explain why this charges were ever even brought forth. I hope he can prove his innocence. However as far as the victim...she was seven. I'm sure if something like this happened...she didn't fully realize what was happening to her. Let alone begin to explain it. And in most cases along with an accusation there is also physical evidence supported by a doctor. You suggested I read up on good people being accused of bad things...? You should research molestation crimes. Because in 9 out of 10 cases the molester is the "trusted family friend". So I jonly hope truth is revealed in the end.

SORRY Been busy with work.

only thing i'm going to say in reply to this one cause i'm actually in a rush today. is that if there was physical evidence he would have been arrested by now, instead of just having to have a GPS on him.

and i will not comment about what happened at this past court date, because like i said before it is not the place to discuss my families bussiness.
The Truth will be revealed.

I know this little girl personally, I'm the first person out of her family she told about what happened. The way she described it to me and to the cops numerous times, it's clear she isn't making something like this up. She had 2 cousins with her in the same room while it was happening and one of them caught a glimpse of it happening. If her mother had any bit of common sense this would have been reported right after it happened instead of when she came out and told me. The child's fathers side of the family does not take this kinda stuff lightly..at all. Most people don't and shouldn't seeing how disgusting it is to touch a little kid. The consistency of her stories is what's gonna get him. 7 year olds aren't good at giving elaborate stories unless its the truth. His time will come.

This is pretty much what I was saying a few pannels back. Children (that age) don't usually understand what is happening to them...let alone be able to explan it. So when it comes out this detailed... it's a clear indication that something happened. I really don't believe there is any motivation for a 7 year old to invent such a tale. My heart goes out to her. It's terrible that her innocence and childhood have been shattered.
