I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Frank at the Car Connection. We said we were going to show up at 3pm to look at a Honda CRV. He had the car washed and ready to test drive when we arrived. The car was detailed to the nines. We purchaseed the vehicle and, like the review above said, he delivered it to our driveway that day.
A few days later, on my way to Maine, the alternator failed(like The Car Connection guys said these are used cars and stuff does happen). I called Frank and without hesitation he said "I'll take care of it". I called AAA and had the car towed to my mechanic. Frank had an alternator couriered to my mechanic with a check to cover the labor cost (my mechanic was a bit more expensive than Franks mechanic so I covered the difference which I consider very fair).
I was back on the road in a few hours.
I would recommend Frank and the Car Connection any time

I saw a Honda listed on Craigs list so I wanted to check out and see if there was anything bad written before we approached Dracut's Car Connection. I came upon this post. The 3 positive posts impressed me enough to give Frank and this dealership a try. It would be nice to have a great experience rather than the pressurized lets run the numbers game I come across when car searching. One thing which I think is a really important point, and that is, if consumers have a bad experience they will not be returning for a future purchase. I am going to give Frank a shot and hopefully the 05 Honda civic has my girlfriends name on it. If all goes well we would be back in the future for the next one, and yes there will be word of mouth. It is good business to be fair and not lied to, been down that road on the Norwood Automile.

Unfortunately, I too purchased a lemon from this dealership. Information relevant to the condition of the car that could have been disclosed at the time of the sale was not. This left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. When I called to discuss this, I was basically told it was my problem now, and they only guarantee it to pass inspection. They told me work would be done to the car before delivery, which my mechanic said was not done, and the salesman "couldn't remember" when it was done. All in all, a learning experience.

Could not have been happier with them! Recently purchased a Jaguar S-Type from them. Frank was great to deal with and even made a special after-hours appointment for me to test drive the car. Extremely good to deal with, and we are very happy with the car! Great car at a great price and we have no complaints! Thanks Frank!

So far so good. I have been shopping around for a Lincoln LS for weeks. I have arrived at other dealerships and wished I hadnt made the trip. Today I spoke to Frank and he did not seem like the other dealers I have meet. I am hoping to stop by tomorrow.

Hey James...In response to John Doe, our banks DO indeed report to the credit bureaus so you are fixing your credit...Persian Acceptance is the only bank we use that ONLY reports to 1 credit bureau, and your loan is not through them as you well know...Glad your enjoying the car, and ALWAYS more than happy to help people drive a new car and establish good credit!!! After all, that's what we do!!!

I bought my first car with them about a year and a half ago. An 04 VW Passat. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it financed, since I just graduated and had absolutely no credit. They were able to get it done, and it *did* show up on credit reports. All three.

The car was spotless when I bought it, and Frank was great. I got a good deal on my trade in, which was a beater, and they even delivered the car to my door 45 miles away. Talk about good service.

Unfortunately, I put about $5-6k in repairs to the car. Heater core, window regulator, 4 axels, ABS sensor, drive shaft sensor, fuel pump, the list goes on. Note that all these things were working fine at the time of sale. It wasn't until I put 5-20k miles on it until this started happening. I put the blame on VW. They are fun to drive when they are working correctly, but very expensive to fix and prone to break. Traded it in yesterday.

Frank and his cousin are the men. They did what they had to do and they did whatever they had to do to make me walk away a happy customer and I really appreciate that. We had some trouble at the loan department bank but we pulled through and after a long 3 hours at the bank they bought a pizza for me and my girlfriend that had come along with me. Another thing is there not the stereo typical slime bag car salesman either. A couple days after I brought the car I bought to my machanic the and he said it needed a ball joint. So I had him replace it and also look over the whole car. Ended up being a $260 bill and I had called frank and told him and he sent me a check to cover it a few days later. Those dudes are tight. Appreciate that. Awesome customer service. I would 100% buy another car from Dracut car connection.

Frank and Tiago...Thanks guys. The MDX is more than Awesome. Navi, DVD, and all. My credit is horrible lol Or it was, but now I can fix that and drive an awesome Suv. The kids and the wife are really happy and YOU know that's the most IMPORTANT thing. A happy wife and kids makes for a happy hubby. Plus I get to enjoy a beautiful MDX instead of a minivan...Thanks again guys. You guys were awesome and I'll check the website whenever I'm looking again or know someone looking. For sure!
