You can publicly tar and feather this attorney, jail him or disbarr him up the kazoo...what does that do for the victim Mr.Gigliotti? Zilch is what he'll get. There is just no justice for some people.

If anyone really knows Mr.Paczkowski they would knows that he is not a common thief. He has represented many clients over the years without any payment whatsoever. No one who came to him and needed legal advise or service was ever turn away if he or she could not pay.In the course of time all of facts will be revealed and people will be able to decide if he is a simple thief or good lawyer who tried hi best but was destroyed by bad economy time
He is a man who be friends people for his own needs when the time comes. than ignores your calls when you want the funds you have given him. i cant say i told you so enough to some one i know who has been attempting to get the money they gave him in trust. they thought he was a good man and honest and cared about them to. i knew better hopefully now that he is exposed the money given has a chance at be recovered.

It's kinder funny, that this so called Lawyer takes money from innocent people like the Gigliotti's and then has the nerve to show his face at a local convience store scratching numerous $20.00 scratch tickets all while sitting there like nothing happened playing Keno.... Who's money is he really spending? Sure doesn't sound like his own. And what a nerve to say "he is still in Alcoholics Anonymous. He refused to discuss details of this case or his past, but did say that at 76 years old, he is at the end of his career.
"It is a long, long story," he said. "I really can't say anything."
You can't say anthing is a bunch of Bull!!!! how about an explanation or at least an apologize.. How many other people can come forward with a horrible horrible story about RAYMOND J. PACZKOWSKI. This man should lose his house, cars and everything he has and live under a bridge. That's what he deserves..

...I knew Atty.Paczkowski in our college years, he was a very heavy drinker then and unfortunately it led to his downfall...I know it's impossible to forgive him for what he's done, but believe it or not, he's a very smart guy and if it wasn't for the alcoholism, he would have been exceptionally successful...life's not fair and this is a good example...

That's scary!
Imagine that one of us is in his shoe. When we find out, it might be too late. Can't never trust lawyer. Sigh.
