I want to thank Carl church for stealing my image and posting it here. It would have been nice if he had asked permission.

OMFG...!!! Get used to it, It's the internet. I lived there when I was little. I used to cross that bridge every morning and afternoon to go to school. When I saw this pic it was the first I noticed it was closed down. Just be greatful someone took the time to copy and paste it so others could appreciate YOUR photo and quit pouting. It's not like this is the front cover of National Geographic. From an Art standpoint? It's the perfect depiction of how New England as a society is in decay. But it is a great picture.

You should always get permission and at the very least credit the author. Otherwise it is theft and copyright violation.

Lived on Kendall Rd in the 1950's moved to Chelmsford when I was 10. That was 1960. I walked, and rode my Bicycle many times on that bridge. My Dad would fuel up at the Jenny Gas Station on the other side. Hopefully it will NOT be torn down. My Dad told me the iron workers on the bridge were mostly Native Americans. Be a shame.

Great capture Lee Fortier! Tag your stuff next time! I tagged it to repost it, great shot. Especially now that the old bridge is freshened up! Come capture us a new one!
