I am not surprised. I know I have had tickets that I thought were winners and when scanned they said not a winner when playing Keno.

"the system does not make errors."

However it does, does the Sun not ask a follow up question or give this jabrone the proof that it does?

"I'm not calling them crooks or anything," she said of the Lottery. "

If your not there are alot of us that are. If you win on a dollar scratch then you should get atleast two dollars back. Your orignal dollar and atleast another dollar from the state. Getting your one dollar back is not a win. There should be no taxes on any lottery winnings, how many times here can you get ripped off. The lottery should tell us exactly how much was in the pool at the time. You would have a better chance at a casino.

Well, Mr. Rosenfield, that really makes me feel good. Never trust the machines - why do you have them? Someone is collecting the money that goes unclaimed. People of Mass - we should stop buying lottery tickets until he comes up with a better answer. Plus, you do know they have cut the winnings. It's time we stand up for our rights. This poor woman thought she had a loosing ticket because of the machine. If we can't trust that machine - WHO SHOULD WE TRUST IN THE LOTTERY.

You spent $5, got $7,000 in return, and yet you find a reason to complain. You know what? You know the terms. Don't like the rules, don't play the game.

Dam right, it's a rip off. Never should be a tax on a lottery. You want to see a bigger rip off. Ask the people who won over 250 mil and took cash. Someone should go to jail.

This is no secret. It's nothing new. It's always been that way. Don't like the terms and conditions, don't buy the lottery tickets. Nobody should be going to jail for this. The lottery is, and always has been, a way for the state to generate additional revenue.
