Should medical cannabis be available in Wisconsin for people with cancer, glaucoma, chronic pain, PTSD, fibromyalgia, lupus, multiple sclerosis, or other disabeling conditions as prescribed by a doctor?

of course medical cannabis should be legal and available to those that need it. A doctor should be able to do his job without the federal government and some 25 year old kid on an HMO desk telling him what he can and can't do for his patient.
