Robber strikes bank

At what point are banks going to stop allowing themselves to get "robbed" simply by someone handing a note? There has been a huge increase in the number of bank robberies in this area, and in all of them, they later assume that the person had no weapon. It just seems to me that if the robber isn't somehow making sure the teller sees his weapon, then he has none! Maybe the fact that a bank will simply hand over money when you hand them a note is the reason why so many people seem to be committing brazen robberies. How about a security guard to meet the robber on his way out the door? The problem is only going to get worse unless something is done to curtail these robberies before they successfully committ them.

yeah just go in to a bank and say "can I please have some dough" works everytime.

I bet this person need the money because the teachers had to have a pay increase in the district where they live
Teachers = crooks who hold their communities hostage for raises
