Bencardino Excavating Contributes to Richland Township Solar Energy Project

DOYLESTOWN, PA, January 07, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bencardino Excavating of Bensalem, Pa., has begun work on the Richland Township Solar Energy project, a joint venture, between Richland Township and the Richland Township Water Authority.

You outta know by now that all this stuff is a done deal, backroom handshakes and it's so close to Mafia style it should be questioned. Let's do some homework on the contractor, has he been sued, done a bad job somewhere else and so on. How did a Bensalem company get up here to do work.

Joint venture should be between the governing body and the taxpayers, not between the governing bodies and themselves. Wake Up People.

Excavating company presently working on Parx casino and it was snared by IBX for both jobs, the casino and the solar job. Lou Bencardino ran for a senate office...I wonder if he's a repulican, just askin'

I don't understand why it's being publicized now! The damn thing is already done! Can't do anything about it now! Maybe they can tell us who was contracted to build the Empire State Building too. I mean what the hell.

We have a split government, those of us on the bottom, and the movers and shakers who decide how the tax money is spent (as long as it's spent with their contributers) and as 2011 rolls around, it's business as usual.
