i agree with your comment on the rapists they should suffer and face the consiquences but shouldnt kids have another chance they have the rest of there life to live and maybe would learn what they have done over the years so the could learn to be a better person and never do it again and just put in juvinille for a short period of time then when they come out they would have another chance of life a fresh start another chance to be a good person and not break the law...
