Sounds to me like you're justifying the issue of you not being able to afford the D-town area, being a D-towner coming up and all, so you pumping up jacket-town and putting down D-town. I know this post got your panties in an uproar!
School Teacher, my panties are just fine trust me. My husband and I actually can afford Downingtown, that's no bid deal. I found the better home in Coatesville, I got more land and home for the dollar. I'm not stuck on a name I enjoy quality and the quality of life that my family is enjoying in Coatesville is just fine. Seems to me only a dumb ass goes only off someone elses opinions. I make up my own! Now take that back to the elementary school you crawled out of, school is now out!

No... actually you didn't get my panties in an uproar... Downingtown has child molestation problems... swept under the rug... Arsonists... Drug problems... & please don't get it twisted I purchased my home because I got more home for the money "Think Investment"... I put $50K as a down payment on my home... You problem went for one of those mortgages that made you loose your house! Oh yeah... check the figures... Downingtown has more home foreclosures then Coatesville! & U can take that to the bank... that is if you have any money with this economy!

I'm from Philly and I now live in Coatesville and I have to say that the school here suck a**. No offense but I LOOOOOOOVE DOWNINGTOWN and I WOULD CHOOSE DOWNINGTOWN OVER COATESVILLE ANYDAY. I would def. rather be in D-town East &/or D-town West than the 9/10 or CASH. Esp. D-Town East. I don't think that Downingtown is full of Clique and Snobs like they say it is. I think I would be PERFECT over there. COATESVILLE HIGH IS SOOOO LAME AS SHIT. and yeah I live in Caln Township...for now.

I live in Coatesville- other than the arsons (not Coatesville's fault) we haven't had any problems. The schools aren't that great but they're getting better/ And you always have area charter schools like Collegium to send your kids to- IF you're willing to put in a little effort with the application process and everything.

Maybe Coatesville's foreclosures are less than downingtown because most of the homes there are owned by landlords who are renting them?

Coatesville is a hole and needs to be kept that way. If Coatesville improves the BS from that city will only move to another area. Keep it Contained in Coatesville!

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Taurus

Make a big effort to spend time with people you didn't see on Christmas Day, especially if they're older than you or are having a bad time at the moment. You're brimming over with compassion and empathy, which will be really appreciated by anyone who's on the receiving end of them. You're also in the mood to make allowances for people, and that will help enormously.
