I am a horse owner and lover of open spaces. However, those horseowners that have a total disregard for others and their property are the reason the rest of us can no longer ride in places.
It seems to me that if a certified letter was sent and acknowledged that one was received, there is an ongoing issue with this group. Personal property is just that PERSONAL. The property doesn't belong to them so stay off. Just because someone doesn't want you on their property doesn't mean they have something to hide....perhaps it means they don't want to clean up after your horses and your dogs because I doubt you are stopping to get off your horse and do that! It seems as though this story only told one side of the story.....after all there are always three sides to every story.....each person's account and the truth! Perhaps if people were more respectful of others, there wouldn't be an issue in the first place.
