I saw the news. I know the mother and the student. I work with the student for years at the junior high. The daughter was a great student to work with as well as the mother. The mother always was understanding when it came to her daughter. Never had no problems with her or the student. They supported the special education program to the fullest. I'm so sorry to know this student was mistreated. She is the most loving and caring student I had. As a professional in the educational system I'm on the family side. I do know the teacher in question and this is not the first time something with a student has happen. If the district stands by the teacher or lies for her that's sad to think about our school officials. Finally someone who's not scared to offend their child. This did really happen. And the other two people that were present should be hold a countable also. This is well known in the school district. And if the superintendent and the high school principal want to say she didn't say it,I d o my think they want to lose their titles over a teacher that made a bad call.
The community and family and friends that know this family knows they are wonderful, loving, caring parents that not only look out for their own but look out for others.

Were you there...
If not you do not KNOW it happend do you.... Put the shoe on hte other foot... lets say you were accused of somethinglike this... would you want to be hung out to dry before it was investegated?.... You say others were there... how come that has not come out yet...

Weird concept innocent till proven guilty... guess it just doesn't apply to teachers.

I heard there maybe charges forthcoming against the mom for slandering the teacher. That would explain why the other thead on the sory was removed. The mom could find herself on the other end of a lawsuit.
do you understand the meaning of slander? what about JADA being humiliated, embarrased, and mentally abused, otherwise helpless at that idiot doing that to her.that teacher is suppose to be a professional, but her knowledge runs short, was she aware of maintenance or blood spill kits which should be located through out the school and gloves.the parents should have notified OSHA,Slander? most people already know her.Her name was mention,But jada was called out.I hope that family make her reap before she abuse some other handicap child or any child.you need to be in the real know.

Nicole do you understand the term slander?..... If this did happen then the teacher has not been slandered. However as of now she is , or should be, innocent till proven guilty. But you want to convict her only on the parents story..... Maybe you believe in lynching and then gettng the facts.. not me.

COME ON NOW IS THE TEACHER IN QUESTION.
No one is Slandering your name. You look like a fool.
You should be embarrassed for your actions to a student. You will no longer be able to do this to another child. You are a sad excuse for a teacher. If you are smiling now, you won't be when the school and the family are done with you. You have a babysitters job at the school now if you ask me, but on a real note soon that's all you will doing for your own family because no one will ever let you work with children in the end.

Ok so you are convictingher with with out a trial... better?... either way the teacher does not get the benifit of the doubt... guilty till proven innocent. I am not biased for the teacher or against the girl. I have just seen to many innocent people tried in the court of public opinion. But if you want to say she is guilty....

From reading the comments, COME ON NOW does sound like the teacher or someone related to the teacher. You should give it up. You don't deserve the title of a teacher but on the list of losers. How dear YOU do this to a child with special needs. Teaching life/living skill or to clean up after themselves is not mopping up blood.(not knowing who's blood it is) if you seen it, why didn't you just clean it up? Now in today day's blood period needs to be cleaned up differently do to hiv or aids. Is that Why you didn't put yourself at risk? But you did put a helpless child at risk! And telling a child you are going to lock them in a bathroom, joking or not is wrong. I would never want a teacher like you near my child or anyone's child. You should not only lose your teaching license but serve some time in jail. What you did is a crime. I hope the parent go to the top with this and don't stop.
