A man with a suspicious looking object in his pocket was stopped in the parking lot of the Buca di Beppo Restaurant by Lombard Police. When he was searched, a disposable camera was found on him and he was arrested. As he was less than 3 miles and 6 city blocks away from the Hooters of Downers Grove, he is being charged with attempted breach of copyright. He is still being detained in the DuPage County Jail and awaits sentencing. If found guilty, he faces up to a year in jail. His disposable camera was confiscated and has been destroyed. As Illinois law states, no person shall have any type of camera or picture/video taking device on his/her person or in his/her vehicle within less than 3 miles and 6 city blocks of a Hooters establishment.
