I've been going for a few years and I have never been disappointed. The service is terrific and friendly.

I went to Bizy Cuts 2 years ago to have my hair colored. I informed the owner & stylist (Ranada) what my hair had been through before she started to work on it. To make a long story short she did not know what she was doing with the color products and ended up burning ALOT of hair off my head. I suffered for 2 years with short haircuts that I didn't want. My hair was thin and noticiably damaged. I had never been more depressed. She also had the nerve to try to charge me $160.00 for her time. Since then I've spoke with other stylists about the process she used to color my hair and every stylist said she did the wrong thing. My good friend went to Ranada long after I did to get highlights similar to mine (which I recently had done by a real stylist-after waiting 2 years for my hair to heal). My friends hair was as dark as mine (chocolate brown) she came back with orange highlights and an excuse that her hair was too dark to highlight. She had also gave her a haircut and missed a noticable section of her hair. Ranada is a very sweet woman but she is not a good stylist. DON'T GO HERE! I would go as far as saying it was the worst thing that has every happened to my physical apperance.

I went to this salon recently and was shocked. There were children running everywhere. Apparently, the owner has her children here all day. So disappointed!

Don't you have enough problems in Melrose? Your PD got raided 2 times. Police chief is in jail. Swinger clubs. A mayor who thinks he is Tony Soprano. A little leaque that was robbed by ex stripper married to a policeman. Streets and football field named after felons. Crooked building inspecters. Lousy school system. Kiddieland and a church were shaken down by police. Clean up your own town and then talk to us about decency.

I know Renata for many years.She is a very attentive, friendly and professional lady. Every time I go to Bizy Cuts salon I feel relaxed, I feel welcome and the most important I feel like at home. I always love my haircut and color. I can't stop looking to the mirror, what a wonderful job Renata did. Definitely I will be back. Wish you the greatest success!

She plays favorites.. Watch out her kids run around alot and if it's one of those days she will Fu** up your hair!!!;/ do not go there worst place I have ever been too. I sent a lot of complaints and stop some people from going there. ;)

renata she is very nice and frendly women,she is very gentle.i went there to color my hair,and for a cut,she did great job,im very happy whit my hair after that.people please dont put nasty things about this salon,its better to say those things strigt to her face.i wish you the best luch renata,and i will be bach for sure in your salon

I know there are people that used to work there and were asked to leave that could possibly be putting themselves or their friends up to some of these posts,because they are disgruntled and malicious..I saw them whenever I came in and didn't like something about them..
I can't imagine any of this being true, I have my family and friends that go to this salon and she does a great job! Besides this shop is fun to go to, all stylist are outgoing and we have a great time everytime we go there.
I highly reccomend this salon. I suggest you ignore the negativity said in here because it is not true..It is pure evil!!! Karma catches up with everybody...

I have been going to this salon since it opened and have always had a good haircut. Renata does well with men"s haircuts. Her children are seldom in the salon, but are not a problem even when they are there. I highly recommend thus place.
