Sara Lee's Barnes sees her pay increase

Sara Lee Corp. Chief Executive Brenda Barnes received an 11 percent increase in cash pay during the company's latest fiscal year, complete with a merit raise in her base salary and a slightly higher performance bonus.

Thats odd, a recent meeting with 80 RSR's and the ZVP we were told no one got a pay raise this year, but the RSR's like myself got our base pay cut.
