Judged: 2 1 1 Not anymore, Dan! Invasion of Privacy, as of July 25th, 2010, now falls under Criminal law. The entire United States of America is private property and is now protected by Federal copyright. And that includes all Hooters restaurants in the United States of America. Invasion of privacy is also punishable by up to 5 years in prison! |

Judged: 2 2 2 A - Are not a US Marshal, as you don't know what the hell you're talking about B- Have a problem with either the Downers Grove PD or Hooters. Post a link to a local article about the arrest and I'll believe you. But the reality is that you are a liar. I'm not here to argue with you, that's pointless. I just don't want someone reading your post and actually believing you. |

Judged: 1 1 1 And wtf, you've proven you don't know what you're talking about either. Feel free to contact your local Illinois police department and ask them how often they enforce federal law. Or better yet, go to Downers Grove PD and FOIA the supposed report from Hooters and see what they've got. I don't know what your issue is guys, but you really must have better things to be doing that spreading misinformation. |

Judged: 1 Try it again! If it still isn't found, your computer is probably bugged. A "page not found" page is a symptom of a computer virus. |

One cannot have a camera in Hooters? What about a cell phone? Almost all cell phones have cameras on them. Are police taking cell phones from people? I think not Tim.

Judged: 1 1 1 Stop listening to him, stop buying his crap. He's not a US Marshall, or a judge, or a news man, or anything else like that. He's just a troll. |

State and federal civil law IS criminal law, too. The Federal government regulates all criminal and civil laws in the United States of America. The Federal government is also in control of all Federal, State, county, city, and local laws throughout the nation. And no, you can not have a cell phone at Hooters of Downers Grove, either. In addition to Federal law, Illinois has additional laws that strictly prohibit still photography of anyone at any Hooters restaurant in Illinois and also forbids Hooters waitresses to pose for any still photos for any reason and has still photography as a violation of Federal copyright. That means, taking a picture of your waitress or waitresses at Hooters of Downers Grove or at any Illinois Hooters restaurant is punishable by up to 5 years in prison and possibly up to a $250,000 fine.
