Let's stop playing games. This is a serious matter.
One of these sorry losers are the teacher. No doubt about that. I just think it's sad that putting the parents and student down is not right. The TEACHER is clearly wrong. The school is investigating everything and the two were separated for reasons for what happen. So stop going back and forth. The TEACHER is guilty of one thing or another no questions asked. Now we just need to see what her punishment is.

If ( and I mean IF ) this actually happened the way it has been said it happened on this forum then I would of course be all for the student.

However if there's one thing that is for certain about this forum that is the truth is seldom what is posted. Unfortunately this place is infamous for pot stirring, troublemaking and telling fibs.

So if somebody said somebody told them you did something... you are guilty.... that is what is happening here.

No. The teacher admitted it and said she was teaching her a "life skill".

The teacher also admitted that she threatened to lock her in the bathroom but claims that was a "joke".

No, the parent said the principal said the teacher said.... The Principal never came out directly and said he was told, the teacher never said she said.... all of the "facts" are coming from the parents. Now if you are ok with convicting someone based solely on hear say evidence ....
