West Suburban Minister Charged In Prostitution Sting

The pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Hinsdale was charged with soliciting sex during a west suburban prostitution sting earlier this week.

This minister derserves what he has coming to him. He has a tremendous amount of personal issues he now has to deal with, both with his wife and children and with his church. I hope he learns the valuable lesson that has been given him and doesn't make this mistake a second time.

This probably is his second time. Or third. Can someone check and see how many times this guy has moved around? I bet he's got a history of it.

well at least in this guys defense, it wasnt a young boy, he was going to pay for it. God helps those who help themselves

the fact is that many men do this so why do we judge only the guys in 'power positions'? is it worse for him than a gas station attendant? Let's not forget the thousands upon thousands of pastors who do not do this.

why do we as a society hold priests, preachers, ministers, etc.(whatever you want to call them) to such a higher standard? they are human too and he should get the exact same punishment as any other person in the same situation would get. no more, no less. Have none of you ever heard "judge not lest ye too be judged" this means that we are to give everyone the benefit of teh doubt that they were just ina moment of weakness and forgive.(not forget, but forgive) then move on and be aware of his actions from here on out.
