The moral of this one is don't drink and drive. Don't know why people can't understand that.

You must have been there since the article said nothing about drinking. The police are looking for leads please give them a call. Or are you the one that ran from the scene? Keep your useless preaching to yourself. Children are dead, people lost daughters, neices, friends. Instead of writing junk from your computer try and solve some real problems...getting us out of the war, housing mess, price of gas, social security,...just pick one.

Hey George,

I agree with Sandy - How would you know the person was drinking and driving?? Were you there? The information in the newspaper never said a thing about drinking & driving. George, people like you are the people who start the "Rumor Mill" running wild. If you don't have all the information to pass on my suggestion would be to NOT tell the story at all unless it's 100% accurate.

As a friend to someone who knew a girl who died yes there was drinking involved. People being stupid and not knowing how to keep friends and family from getting into cars and driving drunk. I hope that those injured that were smart and didn't drive drunk made it home ok this weekend. For others their bad choices finally caught up to them. They've been told not to drink and drive repeatedly and they chose not to listen.

Wether this accident invovled alcohol or not, there has been more than enough horrible accidents on millington black top at the intersections of milhurst and rogers road. Some people just blow through the stop signs as if they are not they're. Others try to see if they can cut you off in time...even though you're the only car for miles on end.

People need to slow down and relax it's not worth rushing to your death. It didn't take me too many dead bodies to realize that. I see accidents like this all the time, and so far I have not encountered a friend in a bad situation. I pray that I never do.

As for these girls, they and they're friends and families will be in my prayers.

My friend was the female passenger. From what I was told (wasn't with them at the time) was they had alchol with them, but hadn't started drinking. They were on there way to the driver's house to start drinking when they were hit. Yes, I agree drinking and driving is wrong, but keep your comments to yourself. This is an emotional time for the family and friends and we don't need you trolling the froums bad mouthing them. Those girls were and are amazing people and will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to all families involved, I sure they will be missed deeply. Nobody is "bad mouthing" them, but when young lives are tragically lost like this, we all look for the reason why...so that something positive can come from this horrible accident. If alcohol was involved, perhaps ONE teenager will decide not to get behind the wheel of the car or ride with someone that is impaired.
