Shouldn't surprise anyone, folks will tie up a newborn and toss them into the trash why not a puppy.

I hate when people are cruel to animals but well said. Human life is ALWAYS more important then animal life. Case closed.

Maybe if we are better towards each other, the animals will fare better???

SARCASM MODE ENGAGED ***

I wish they would find the SOB who would do that to a poor innocent puppy. I would like to put their baby in a bag and throw it away. Just not right. I'm a good person.

SARCASM MODE DISENGAGED ***

Sorry my take on the principles of others who regularly post on topix.

What a shame these people who abuse animals have no morals or values of any worth. They are just meaningless humans waiting for a chance to start killing other humans. I believe that animal life is as IMPORTANT as a human life, considering those who do abuse animals. If our animal abuse laws were stricter and I mean make the punishment for killing an animal the same as murder 1 or manslaughter and so on. This might help deter some of our worst criminals and serial killers. Maybe then we might see a change, but unfortunately, there are too many people who believe that an animals life is not worth as much as a humans, so therefore, nothing will change because society is not ready for that kind of change and we may never be.

I woner if there were any papers in the trash bag that had a name, address or anything else that would identify them. If they could, they need to put the piece of **** in jail.

I live in a remote area and we have a lot of roadside frontage. It seems every week we have a brand new set of pets. It sometimes takes a few weeks but there is always someone out their looking for a new pet. A few placed ads, a few phone calls and everyone is happy. This is so cruel to do something like that.

Someone tossed a german shepherd puppy in the ditch in front of may house a couple of years ago. The poor thing was a mess, but has made a beautiful dog. I have nursed a few myself. Why do people get dogs only not to care for them? Sad!

When I visit Tennessee Smith County is one of the top 5 counties I visit for sight seeing in the fall. The colored leaves are great. Everyone was so friendly at the stores.

We have a shepard, rock, beagle, cocker spaniel that we have kept over the years. They all came into our lives the same way.

It probably doesn't matter to anyone - but that dump sight is not in Alexandria.
It's in Smith County. Alexandria is in DeKalb County.
