Fitz is more concerned with his conviction rate than protecting Cass County residents. Don't forget the Sweeden case where Fitz emptied the guy's car lot of 40 consigned vehicles and ruined Sweeney's reputation. Based on no evidence. Later, after having to RETURN all the cars and drop ALL charges, Fitz amazingly had no explanation or public comment.

Other cases I'm familiar with show Fitz to show no ethics in his attempts to convict people. If it's legal, it's OK in his mind. Well, the law does not impose ethics on the prosecutor, and an unjust prosecutor is as bad as the criminals he prosecutes.

Stop the witch hunts. Give Fitz the boot.

Fitz lies to the accussed to get them to plea to a lesser degree, the judge gives what ever sentences he chooses.

The current prosecutor's office is very corrupt. I agree with "Dowagiac Attorney"'s post. The corrupt steady employed government in Cass County is getting out numbered by people who have been victimized or witnessed the victimization by Cass County local government.
Too many people's lives have been ruined and some how the ruined lives have brought revenue into Cass County's local government pockets.
More bills need to be made to shine a light on our government. Bills that make local government expose their investments. Government workers are public servents. We the people are suppose to be the government.
In Cass County its like walking into little Nazi Germany where the government is the ruler or like China. This is America!! And we need to tell Cass County this. Lets make the below a reality.
It takes alot of money to run a corrupt government.Absolute power corrupts absolutly!
