Might be either someone wanted our fancy trashcans that we get for "free" just for paying the trash fee OR they wanted the information that was in the trash can hoping you threw away some "pre-approved" credit card offer junk mail. Watch your credit report frequently...

why are people making such a big deal about this ITS GARBAGE!!! AND RECYCLES!!! be happy someone took it and remember one mans garbage is another mans treasure lol it really makes me think WHY THE FREAK IS THIS NEWS????

Actually, there could be enough information in the trash for someone to commit identity theft or health insurance theft. In today's world you need to think about what you're tossing in the trash. Bank statements, pay stubs, etc. etc.
