Explain something to me, how can Melissa Arnold of Spring Garden Township steal 6 digits. She actually was the tax collector, she took 667,000 from the township. She didn't go to jail, she didn't get a fine, she actually got a job at Frank's Theaters in the Queensgate shopping center. Now she works for Weis in the the same shopping center, she is the bookkeeper. Imagine that, a thief working as a bookkeeper, and not even spending anytime behind bars. What is this world coming to?
Well for one thing, she wasn't stupid enough to rip off the IRS. This pair is in a world of hurt.

No jail time. Restitution, fine, probation and maybe some public service work.

Explains how they got the brand new excursion but were living with their 6 kids in a hotel room for a while. Pretty sad. Unfortunately its sad to say but hopefully the kids will be taken in the end. They deserve so much better!!! I would never have my taxes done in the first place based on appearance!! AND then to do this to someone you know personally, lame!!
