Two Randolph police officers enroll in pre-trial program in DWI-arrest cover-up
Two Randolph police officers who fixed a drunken driving arrest for a relative of another officer, have been allowed to avoid prosecution by losing their jobs and enrolling in a one-year diversionary court program called pre-trial intervention.
