Arrest made after man reports gunshots directed at him from Durham woods

Police are investigating an incident from Monday night where a man working on Newmarket Road reported having gunshots directed at him.

Who was working on Newmarket Road, where did you get your information from? That farm has been the subject of a neighbor who in my opinion is a thief who was indicted on forgery charges and also recorded a forged document 2 months after the passing of the owner of the neighbors farm trying to steal land. In my opinion this is a clear case of greed and deception and abuse of political power for 3+ years. Shame on Craig Rief and Jennifer Rief( who sits on the Oyster River School Board) for taking advantage of the elderly and trying to take something that does not belong to them.
