Rochester leaders ponder how best to use grants to fight teen drug and alcohol use

My sister has lived here since 1989 with three teenagers by two different Fathers and Cultural Differences have big impact on Peer Pressure. Peer involvement projects have a big long lasting effect in the Teenage Years. Focus groups would help greatly colaboratively decide how to apply grants.
