Our Normandy Rd. major project is coming along quite well.
We met with Deputy Chief David Tiberi today and he inspected the propane tank installation. We appreciate Chief Tiberi's responsiveness to the job at hand as well as his assistance.
Eastern Propane is a very good propane company to deal with.

Ron is really slow and doesnt keep commitments.
If you consider using Priore Design be sure to get dates and perfomance penalties written into you contract if dates arent met or it will drag on for months

We'll make sure we add extension of time for change orders and phases too, I think that's where most of the confusion lays. People add phase 2, 2A, and 2b and not pay change orders (which is in the contract) and then expect work to continue without added time or delays.

I worked for Ron and to be honest I was embarassed. He does not care about keeping time comitments at all, as long as he gets his money. He is also very dishonest. For instance he does not custom fabricate all of his cabinets and he buys all of the "custom" cabinet doors from another company. Do not use him you will be sorry.

Probably why you 'worked' for him and not any longer. We had a great experience and also toured the shop where all our cabinets were made. Our addition was spot on and we actually were quite surprised at the efficiency of Ron's frame crew. My wife and I were so please we recommended him to 3 of our friends who had the same outcome. Just a well run firm.
Disgruntled employees have no place on these boards.

Makes sense. Have been trying to contact him for months on a deal and haven't heard back. Unreliable to say the least
