Hello I am looking for someone who use to live, or might still be living in Delaware. Im not sure if it was in Dover or not. His name is either Stewart Allen or Allen Stewart, I dont know if he his still alive or not. If he is still alive he would probably be somewhere around 80-90 years old. Im sorry I dont have alot of information to go by, but this is all I have.
