Fox News, the unabashed propaganda machine of the mega-wealthy, just didn't get the message.

Look at their webpage today. While every other news agency in the world is discussing the fall-out from the GOP pummelling and the new age of American politics, they, for the most part, are ignoring it. Instead they're going on about Libya still, a storm in the North-East, Boehners latest comments, etc.

With one exception:

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/11/07/oba...

An opinion article, pure sour-grapes, blaming the media and everybody else under the sun for Obama's victory.

They JUST DON'T GET IT. Reading the article, you realize just how blind and clueless they are. It's amusing - but also pretty pathetic.

The most pathetic thing is that the liberals want ALL of the stations to cater to them. You have all the others. Why do you fear FOX so much? Just don't watch it. Oh! That's right. If you libs don't like something, you want to change it to suit YOU. To helll with everyone else. Now THAT'S pathetic.

Fox News is a niche oriented marketed money maker to a defined audience. I would imagine discussing the long term problems of the Republican Party will not capture their loyal slice of the viewing audience. Roger Ailes has it down to a science. It's probably a better left topic to be discussed on more serious Conservative sites like The National Review.

The joke yesterday was Fox News had put Karl Rove on suicide watch. Roger Ailes knows his viewership and right now, that core of viewers do not want to hear that no matter how you rearrange the deck chairs, the ship is still going to sink on a National level.

Mitch McConnell and John Boehner are going to get out their tap-dancing shoes and try to find a place for themselves in the new world. You still can't trust them though.

Redneck fox news idiots don't have anything to lose. They'll just keep of spouting ignorant crap for the next 4 years. Fox News will just keep feeding them what they want to hear.

Why do you care so much about Fox News? The solution is simple...don't watch Fox News. Why do YOU care who watches Fox News?

Why do YOU care about Fox News? Since you think you are so intelligent, why don't you just not watch it? Seriously, if you couldn't figure THAT out, well, exactly HOW intelligent can you be???

Synergy,

I am an older person who comes from the Ike Eisenhower Presidential period into the Kennedy Assignation and the mid 60's Civil Rights legislature of Lyndon Johnson. I was young and lived the Viet Nam War through Walter Conkrite and the Huntly Brinkley Report.

That taught me to go investigate all the voices. Don't rely on one sources. I am an old journalism guy who has done radio and video.

Find the truth. Don't try to find a fabricated truth.

I DO look for the truth. I certainly know when news outlets are leaning left or right. I also know that that ALL of the major TV news outlets lean waaaaay left except for Fox. I actually get my TV news from ABC. It leans left, but that's the station I watch. I get my "print" news from the Internet. Say what you will about Fox, however, they almost always have the left represented on their panel discussions.
The libs seem to think they have the market cornered on the truth and simply won't admit that the mainstream media feds into their liberal views. It's disgusting. A conservative political candidate not only has to beat his/her opponent, he/she also has to beat the left wing media. It's very frustrating. So, perhaps while you are addressing Fox News, you might also address the obvious left wing bias of the mainstream media. As someone who has done radio and video, I am SURE you, of all people, are aware of and feel the same disgust at ALL the other TV stations and their LEFT wing propaganda. Not exactly a level playing field, huh?

What was the "Kennedy Assignation"? I was in elementary school at the time, but I must have missed it...

BTW, "truth" for the most part, is a subjective term. Documented facts are not disputable (or shouldn't be), but arguing over what they mean is quite often subjective...

I know how to solve your problem. Turn to another station or why don't we just have only one so called news channel and news media such as Pravda which should satisfy all you liberals. They will tell you what you want to hear and what they want you to hear. That should make you very happy.

If it's not paranoia about the poor people coming to steal their stuff, it's paranoia about the Russians coming to steal their stuff.

What is it about Republicans and Paranoia?

1900 small town in Russia. A family lived in their small hut, huddled together with six small children. They were the keepers of the well. The czar shouted down with the Jews, and one family at a time, they fled, to America. They traveled by ship, abandoning their tiny hut, to move to the land of opportunity, the place where all people regardless of religion were free to purchase property, and know that the government could never step in and force people off of their land. America, the place where everybody had a voice. America the place where we were free. America, the land of hopes and dreams.
America, the place where the news were sure to point it out, if some government tried to step in and take land back. No it could never happen in America, the land of the free. This is the place where we can be all that we can be. This is the place where we value rights to private property.
America, the land of opportunity.

Yeah man, we're all sorry your property got flooded and you're having problems with the city water department. Try as you might, that problem will never quite equal a Shakespearean tragedy or translate into epic literature.
