What is beginning to worry me is the constant drone of voices saying we must have all this change. This multitude of voices sound like a scripted chorus from the communist, socialist, Democratic party. They even talk that the Constitution must be changed as it is too old. Well the damn thing has worked just fine for 200 years until corrupt judges and politicians have abused it or paid no attention to it.
These same people scream of change but they are taking away our freedom, and economic security. They want to change our total ways of life in the name of saving the earth which is mostly false or unproven. They want to change almost everything we do and how we think. They want to change the way we eat and make men into women and change women into men.
This chorus of change always has some great thing that they are saving or some great thing it is going to do for the kids, or mankind. They always have all the reasons and clever answers for everything but they make no common sense.
I feel this to be a great plan to CHANGE America for good and I don't see this CHANGE as good. It is a new propaganda ploy being feed to America through the News Media and the Democratic Socialist Party.
Another great post.
As far as I am concerned, when I go out and SEE the change that is taking place, it's horrendous. It's not particularly safe to even go to the grocery store. Everything has to be locked up tight. It's not safe to be out after dark. Children are being snatched. The minority rules regardless of what the issue is. Everyone is afraid of being sued for ANY ridiculous reason. One can argue that these things have always happened, but NOT to this extent. Not even close. Hatred is being preached on a daily basis by our government and it's working. Our country is severely divided. I don't think there is any going back. It would be smarter to batten down the hatches.

Change happens whether we like it or not.

We lost the nation when politics became profit-based. We KNOW what the problem is and who is causing it all, but there is nobody to challenge it. We can't even get some basic resume information about the president without being called names and having the Whitehouse door slammed in our face.

When has politics ever NOT been profit based? The very definition of politics is "to decide who gets what, when, and how."

Yes it does. It does not mean that we must accept or want bad changes. They must be rejected and accounted for what they actually are.
If some good change is made than I am all for it. Good changes are a good thing. Just don't be fooled into thinking that bad changes are good. Changing something that is working just fine just to change something is foolish and wasteful.

Actually they started getting paid in 1789, but it was designed to cover their expenses. Only the bastardization of the process has led to the graft that kicked in ahead of the Great Depression. These days they vote themselves raises on a regular basis and take money that anyone else would see as bribes from special interests. The more honorable among them take little or no salary, though they are very few in number.

I EARNED my foodstamps. I've been paying taxes for 3 years.

Why should I feel guilty??

Wow, 3 whole years!!! Amazing. I attempted to get food stamps after paying taxes for well over 25 years and was turned down. Why? They literally told me that I was expected to be able to find a job since I am white. So much of "earning" food stamps.

What do food stamps taste like anyway?
