Any news on Deputy Black? Is he back on duty? Still mending his wounds at home on taxpayer money? Has he been charged with vehicular homicide yet? You can only get away with murder if your a cop.

Thanks. Nothing like having a detective on the case. Where in Texas is he going? San Antonio is a nice place. |
He said it's on a Air Force Base said he had to go buy Jeans cause he just wears shorts,to work and tee shirts.I talked to him Yesterday he and some of the guys were driving together and forgot to ask about Black. When the guys found out he was talking to me he was getting harrassed,Mommy Boy etc,so I will catch him maybe tomorrow. He said you have to wear Jeans on the Base.crazy but rules are rules. |

Lets see....
1, He was driving with excessive speed with no lights or sirens.... 2, Despite all of the training we provided to him, he could not maintain a lane and could not maintain control of his vehicle. Yea, that makes him a really responsible person. I'm sure he was a big help to the call he was so anxiously speeding to. Get real... The "on route to a call" is an excuse to why an officer (like a majority of them do) continues to feel they are above the law. How do they feel above the law? 1. Speeding... Limits are only for commoners. 2. Charges.... No charges against those in the brotherhood. 3. Stop signs/lights and other laws.... I lose more respect for police and deputies every time I see a cop flash his lights, or do a rolling stop because he doesn't want to wait at a stop light. Of course he's too important to have to wait like the rest of us do. Besides, who the hell would do anything about it... Shut up or I'll lock you up. |

Don't forget lying to get warrants,
and Don't forget that it's practically impossible to get an accurate police report. And the video is only turned on when it's convenient for them. One more thing, call Sheriff "Barney" Miller and ask how much evidence ends up missing or lost because of crooked cops. No accountability, No responsibility but you think you deserve the best and everyone should bend over backwards to accommodate you. |

And as you write Deputy Black is guarding some fool arrested for a little weed. A murderer standing guard over a pot head. |

Cold Blooded murderer.
If it was just the average person, I'd say vehicular homicide, but a cop that's cleaned brains off the street should have a little more respect for the law and life than the average person. He and every other cop and politician should be held to a higher standard than the average person. |

Careful you will have the cops can do no wrong crowd on here calling for your banishment. I have tried to get info on Black, they are keeping this jerk as far from the public as possible. |

1 Officer Black was way down off of 166. He was not asked to back anyone up. He wanted to be nosey when he heard the call over the radio and fly into town to see what was going on. He was doing around 90 mph. Poor Tammy never saw it coming thankfully, therefore she didn't suffer. He should have had his lights and sirens on. There is no excuse for him not having done so. I feel the grand jury does need to indict him on vehicular homicide. Let what he did be a lesson to all officers everywhere within the state. I live on Hwy 5 and I see county deputies daily flying down the road like they are in the Daytona 500. There is no excuse for driving like that. If they are going to a call(which most of the time they are not) they need to have their lights and sirens going so that people can yield to them. To say he should not have had his lights on is like saying an ambulance doesn't need to have their lights on either when going on an emergency call. Your reply made zero sense. |
