If you have problems with your insurance company (ANY insurance company doing business in Georgia), contact the Georgia Department of Insurance to file a complaint.

We are having problems with State Farm. They don't get in any hurry to get repairs done. Thankfully we don't have any major damage.

Yeah. Give Ray a shout. He could care less. He serves the Insurers not the Insures.

I have had Allstate insurance for many years and I don't particularly care for their car insurance and the hassle they gave me over something fairly small like a punctured gas tank, but they did step up and put a whole new roof on my house after hail damaged it, and it was an old roof, yet they paid a huge sum to totally replace it.

Kisses to Allstate, but also a little hand slap for the runaround about a punctured gas tank.

I recently fired them. Told the agent I was tired of paying for their commercials.

Went to Auto Owners and saved almost a thousand dollars for 1 year!

We are also having problems with State Farm. Refusing to pay for a roof even though they say we need one. Had them 20 years without claims.

Allstate totally redid the roof on my home after 23 years just because it had some hail damage. They paid the roofing company 13,500. I have nothing bad to say about Allstate. They treated us better than right.

Allstate always has come through for me and right away. I've been with them for over 25 years and had to use them on more than one occasion for my car. If by any chance their rates are slightly higher, I found you do get the service you are paying for. They are excellent.

I was rear-ended by a State Farm insured driver over a month ago. I've obtained 2 estimates from reputable body shops in my area. State Farm's estimate is over $900 less than my lowest estimate. My body shop says they cannot fix it for the amount State Farm estimates.

My vehicle sat at the body shop for 4 days after State Farm sent someone to do a 2nd estimate. No one from State Farm called me or the body shop. The body shop called me & told me to get my car out of there.

This entire episode has been a nightmare. Stay away from State Farm & keep in mind, this accident was their insured's fault...not mine.

Actually, I had to in the past. The entire claim from start to finish went by smoothly. No problems whatsoever.

My house was recently damaged in a hail storm. Allstate paid for both my car damage and my house damage. Their estimates were half of what the required amount was. Several contractors came up with estimates that were double Allstates and I ended up having to ask friends help me do the repairs to the house to come anywhere near the amount Allstate insisted that it was. The Allstate guy just kept insisting that the contractors were wrong and that no work could be done until the insurance company agreed with the contractors estimate. After many years of paying for insurance I know that it is a business to them and I no longer wish to be in their "good hands". Allstate sucks!

I used to be an Allstate customer for years and went through similar issues.

Know what I did? I fired their Asses!!! Go with Auto Owners Insurance and you'll get much better coverage for half the price. They have Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Umbrella, and all types of coverage just like all the big boys. Don't let the name fool ya~ they are great!

There is an agent on Hwy 5 beside the Fast and Friendley's at Bright Star that is an agent for them.

Statefarm has I'm increased our premiums one too many times. We just got our homeowners bill for next year and it increased by $100.(Both of our cars went up in the last 6 months) We havent had any claims and have 2 homes and 2 cars with them. We've been with them over 12 years. Sorry Janice Thompson, we're looking for a new neighbor!!!! One that doesn't send a letter saying "some people's premiums went up and some went down. It's a sign of the times"

Does anyone have USAA? Do you like it?
