Chester County dog shooter will face charges after all
For about two weeks, it seemed that Chester County sheep owner Gabriel Pilotti would not have to worry about charges for shooting and killing two dogs belonging to a neighbor after he found them on his property.

If you want to see a change in people's treatment of animals, put all people in jail who treat them like this for the remainder of the average life span of the animal. People are too discusting to change on their own. Just because an animal may have less intelligence than a human (and I consider animals to be in fact very intelligent) doesn't mean that an animal doesn't get scared or isn't a living breathing thing that feels physical pain. Hope they throw the book at him.
