It is very sad, he ought to know that you can't drink and drive...and another thing he represents the people of coffee county and should not be doing things like this- what he does at home behind close doors is his business..but, if you drink and drive you will get caught eventually.
who cares

this is true but he has not even been to court yet. and to my knowledge he has never been "convicted" of a DUI in the past. so as long as he is doing a good job in atlanta and helping the people of coffee county, which he has since 96 he still has my vote. he is innocent man until proven guilty. what did he blow on the breathalyzer does anyone know?

He refused breathalyzer THIS TIME, no doubt because he knew he would probably break the damn thing. Drunk bastard needs to be in jail like any regular person would be with 2nd dui arrest. Him and his fan club make me want to vomit.
