The one that obammy's staff posted online has been proven to be a fake.
you my friend are wrong, several states were suing and the court threw it out as without merit. The state of Ga had filed also and let it slide after the court ruled.

Sensata employees in Freeport reach out to Mitt Romney for help in saving their jobs.

FREEPORT, Ill.— Employees at Freeport’s Sensata Technologies plant are reaching out to former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, in attempts to save their jobs.

The Massachusetts-based Sensata Technologies has announced it plans to close the Freeport plant in December and outsource 170 jobs to China. Sensata workers are training their Chinese replacements, who have been flown to Illinois by the company.

Sensata was created by Bain Capital in 2006 and develops, manufactures and sells sensors and controls for major auto manufacturers such as Ford and General Motors.

Bain Capital is a private equity investment firm co-founded by Romney in 1984. Romney served as CEO of the company from 1984 until 2002, according to SEC filings (Romney, however, has repeatedly said he left the company in 1999).

The Freeport City Council voted 8-0 July 16 to support a resolution to call on Romney to visit Freeport and help save the employees’ jobs.

In recent weeks, Sensata workers have kept the pressure on Romney with a signed letter to the campaign, frequent protests outside the plant and a community meeting to educate Freeport residents about the impending layoffs.

Following is a letter sent to Romney by 58 employees of Sensata’s Freeport plant. The Rock River Times obtained the letter from Randecker, who was one of the 58 who signed the letter.

Open Letter to Mitt Romney

Dear Gov. Romney,

We work at Sensata Technologies in Freeport, Illinois — a company owned by Bain Capital, which you started, ran, and still profit from.

Our jobs are about to be outsourced to China. More than 150 of us will lose our jobs — and some of us have worked here for over 40 years. The worst indignity is that many of us are being asked to train the Chinese workers who are taking our jobs.

It’s not right that our good American jobs are being sent to China. It’s not right that you stand to get even richer off of our loss and pain.

We are not going down without a fight. We join together today to call on you to save our jobs.

We know that you can take action to stop the offshoring of our jobs. You are running for President, promising to create good jobs. You can start keeping that promise today, by stepping in and saving our jobs.

We are standing strong together, and our numbers are growing. We are reaching out to our community and to the American people. Together, we will make our voices heard.

We are standing up not just for ourselves, but for all the working people who have had their jobs outsourced or offshored. We are standing up for everyone who is struggling to find a good job in America.

Please consider our appeal and take a real stand for the good jobs we all need by stepping in and stopping our jobs from being sent to China.

according to the Romney machince, he took loa in 99 but then later resigned retroactively in 2003 to 1999.Now sounds like a scam to me but if he feels the need to distance himself by "retroactively" retiring,go ahead. here's to those who continue to belief Mitt will make a better prez.
I would think the letter from the employees state it all, after all the entire company can't be loser liberals.

There is no way he could be any WORSE than what we have now.

Should we also blame autoworkers who retired from General Motors in 1980 for the lack-luster products and business practices of today's GM?

I would say yes, the auto workers priced themselves out of business. Why do you think so many companies have moved plants to Mexico and other countries.they have less overhead plus the taxes they don't have to pay. At somepoint reality must be faced. Most of the downfall of this country is not Obamas but the legislative body and people like us. We have sat around and allowed things to get to the point of small chance of return by being self satisfied with our lives.
Now that things are on the downhill slide and to get worse[if you believe some]we cry out for blood. Where was the concern when they took prayer out of schools, when some of the tax exempt laws went into effect, when lobbyist began to decide what laws we needed, and finally when the few had more rights than the majority? The right is wrong but so is the leftist. Finally the just suffer with the unjust.

Just for the sake of argument, let's just say that Romney DID leave Bain in 2003. Why should he be help responsible for, now, 9 years later, a company this Bain created 3 years AFTER he was gone?

Like I said, that is like blaming a worker who retired from GM in 1980 for a problem with your 2010 Malibu.

If Romney is so good at what he did, then why won't he release his tax returns? I think it is because of all the wrong dealings he did. It could 1 of 3 things:

1. He has lied about the amount of money he has made over the years.

2. He has lied to the Mormon church about the amount of money he has so he wouldn't have to tithe so much.

3. He has lied on the amount of taxes he has paid.

I think that if he (and the Republicans) keep demanding that President Obama is not American, then I think the Democrats should really step up the resolve to have Romney release his taxes. And why if the Republicans are calling the President a non-American do we let people like Romney with letting their money go overseas to Bermuda or the Caymen Islands instead of investing it at home? To me, that is un-American. They ship their money overseas because they are afraid they would have to pay taxes if they left here in America.

Another point: Why are the Republicans so concerned about raising taxes on the rich? Are they afraid they might lose a million or two of the hundreds of millions they already have? Why should they be concerned if they are rich? They have more money than they will ever need. Why not step up and pay their share. It is a shame when us middle-classers have to get by on what little we make and still have to pay our share of taxes when the rich complain we will ruin them if we ask them to pay just a little more.

I think, just to be fair, every politician in Washington D.C. should release their tax returns for the past 5 years.
Oh, wait... They've already tried that:
http://www.mcclatchydc.com/2012/07/18/156632/...

Most members of Congress keep their tax returns secret
Nancy Pelosi

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi thinks Mitt Romney should release his tax returns, but won't provide hers.

By Kevin G. Hall and David Lightman | McClatchy Newspapers

WASHINGTON — Rep. Nancy Pelosi was emphatic. Mitt Romney’s refusal to release more than two years of his personal tax returns, she said, makes him unfit to win confirmation as a member of the president’s Cabinet, let alone to hold the high office himself.

Sen. Harry Reid went farther: Romney’s refusal to make public more of his tax records makes him unfit to be a dogcatcher.

They do not, however, think that standard of transparency should apply to them. The two Democratic leaders of the Senate and the House of Representatives are among hundreds of senators and representatives from both parties who refused to release their tax records. Just 17 out of the 535 members of Congress released their most recent tax forms or provided some similar documentation of their tax liabilities in response to requests from McClatchy over the last three months. Another 19 replied that they wouldn’t release the information, and the remainder never responded to the query.

What is the point of discussing Romney's taxes anyways? I don't care, just as long as he hasn't broken the law.
It's called "deflection". The President has no positive accomplishment to campaign on, so they are desperately trying to find anything, no matter how trivial, to plant a seed of doubt in the minds of misinformed/uneducated Americans.

Remember, if our nation is governed for the exclusive benefit of corporations, as Mitt Romney will surely do if given the chance, then those who rule over us will see no need for medical care, schooling, retirement, privacy, or various individual freedoms.
These will be features of our past society and they are impediments to their accumulation of wealth and adversely impacted their bottom lines, and they will therefore be in REAL jeopardy.

I for one am not ready for serfdom.
