Deputies searched wrong house

They may have searched the right house all along. They just didn't have enough evidence for a warrant so they searched anyway then said oops, wrong house. Why didn't they give the occupants the warrant to review, it has to be served before a search is executed. Sounds like a set up to me, wouldn't put nothing past some of our law enforcement agencies. Half of them need to take a psych evaluation anyhow.

I have 2 questions.
1 Why would you let someone in your house w/o looking over the search warrant? That is your lawful rights as a citizen.

2. If its a official document, then shouldn't the address should be listed on document?

The cops could have been stupid enough to search the wrong house, but someone had to be stupid to look at some people w a uniform and a document and let them walk right in the house. Id would like to have some identification before they search my house. Anyone can get ahold of official looking uniforms on the internet.

Remember some people still think they are here to serve and protect, not illegally break the law and trample your rights, but they do that everyday. Someone should lose their job over this, without a doubt.

I think the bigger issue here is not the trashing of the house. It's the trashing of the constitution and our rights as a free people. Mistakes of course will happen. In law enforcement or any profession but what has to be held firm, unwavering and without compromise, is our rights and freedoms from government. This is the issue. In my very humble opinion.

I would sue the judge, the sheriff, the county, the state, all until I got some satisfactions. We have to hold them accountable, no one made them take this job, so they should do it right. I mean just saying.

Really, do you think they might need it. They are victims here, their rights as a citizen has been obstructed, by the people who are "hired" to serve and protect. If we don't stand for our rights now, we won't have anything to stand with.

Who gives a shi.t why are they making such a big deal about the pot and shi,t they need to find these people with pills and meth but they don't bc they use these substances. How about we get a sheriff that finds murders like the woman in the burning house no one's mentioned that in a while what happened that was too hard to crack? Idiots.

I will tie this to the reason DP lost his job yesterday...So all charges will be dropped and nothing will come of this but another black eye on the CCSO.

Me thinks it had nothing to do with this case. DP's dismissal was already set, way before this happened.
