This is sad and pathetic that people
with decent jobs can not act approptiately.
Act right or resign.I say get the goods on
NAACP President. Why did he hang around at the courthouse so much during all this? Please don't
let the Coffee County judicial system be threatened or corrupted by the likes of LN. It
reminds me of the Black Panthers..We the people are
tired of the three ring circus at the meetings
and Douglas deserves better!

Check into the public records involving LN. Ask him what happened at Lowes a few years ago. That was one of several police reports where LN was the OFFENDER. And who would have guessed. It involved another man's woman. LOLOLOL

and he will tell you that he and woman got into an argument and one of the low down racist cops tried to arrest him but had nothing to charge him on except an city ordinance and the officer was removed from his position for doing that. by the way the woman was his wife.so check the public records and see how much he settled for?

You can't classify all LE in that category any more than you can say all doctors are dope heads, all nurses are whores, all Catholic priest's are child molesters, etc.etc. Smith and Bivens made the choice to do what the done and any consequences either have to deal with rests solely on their backs. Bivens Sr. had the good sense NOT to go to Smith's residence. Can't say the same for Smith. Mrs. Smith needed to be informed by someone.
I can classify anything INO and I did.I still believe old man B had no dog in this fight,if his son was not interested enough to stop it, why was it Sr business.Of course I also realize there is a lot of behind the scene stuff not known to us.
Another thing the Chief has an agenda,he is actively attempting to get numerous LE fired. They need to send the chief and city manager on up the road.

Wrong on both accounts. I know the officer that wrote the report and LN's wife wasn't involved. Nor did the officer attempt an arrest or lose his job. It was a "he said she said" report hence it was up to the complainant to file for a warrant hearing. Come on..........

It's very doubtful that you will either. There are always one's personal opinions injected into what they see as the truth.

You say you know the officer involved, then ask him why was he removed from his position and there was a settlement made? And it was his wife, don't believe me ask the judge she will tell you! and furthermore why is this conversation about him?

you aren't the first and won't be the last.I still maintain for a grown[as in old] man to go on somebodies job to cause trouble is a cowards ways to handle this. If Sr was so almighty right why didn't he stop his son instead of hurting an innocent woman and maybe putting her job at risk.Sr is still wrong and quite frankly I don't really care about any of the players other than this woman who was at work minding her own business when this slow footed man drags this out in public.

If a cop has been declared a "Brady Cop" how can he still have arrest powers? What good is he to the department or any case that he brings before court?

I could give a rat's ass about any of them either. I am just stating that Biven's didn't start this. RS and SB did. They can blame no one else for their actions. Smith's wife done nothing wrong and therefore WM had no reason to nor did they take any kind of action against her.

As for getting rid of they Chief, that would be the worst move the City of Douglas could ever make. He has advanced the dept into this century unlike any former Chief has done. He has had the balls the weed out the trash and put forth efforts to ensure only qualified officers are hired. He with the help of the City arranged to "buy out" (early retirement) the dead weight from the dept too. Unlike the soon to be former Sheriff that you worshiped. CUDO's to the Chief.

The city manager is now nothing more than a puppet in the hands of OP and LN. He has no backbone and needs to go.

Don't think his opinion will matter. Ask a Superior Court Judge. If convicted his testimony is worthless and any case he is involved with is a waste of time and effort.

Police officers who have been dishonest are sometimes referred to as "Brady cops." Because of the Brady ruling, prosecutors are required to notify defendants and their attorneys whenever a law enforcement official involved in their case has a sustained record for knowingly lying in an official capacity.

Per the Supreme Court ruling.
