I wonder if all of the parents of Coffee County are aware of the fact that our children are being put in danger. We are letting children go in a place that allows, applauds, children carrying guns and knives. It was brought to my attention that the "Security Guard" was made aware of not one but two guns in the possession of a child and instead of calling the police to come pick him up and press charges he simply took possession of the guns. No charges filed, free to do it again. IS THIS WHERE YOU WANT TO SEND YOUR CHILDREN, TO THE FUN PLACE????? Sounds like the gang place to me. Think about it before you send your child or yourself, to the fun place, is this the place you want to die or have your child killed?

The place is a rip off. Most of the games don't work properly.

The security guard you speak of is a off duty c.c.s.o. and if you knew what you were talking about you would know that two officers were called and the kid was taken away you really need to get your facts straight that's how untruths get on here . Maybe you were misinformed but i know this for fact. Sorry to let you down but this time they got it right maybe next time.

Everyone's childern should be over that place, its of no use to anyone. They have these 4h dances there and alow anyone to go there. So you just have to hope that nothing happens to your child. My child does not go to these dances anymore. It is a shame. If you are ging to have a 4h dance for 5th and 6th graders it nor a good idea to let everyone else ther too.

And just what do you want them to do close it except for the few that go to the dance , that's silly the place is just open on the weekends and they have to make their money then . Granted its not the best place on earth but face it we live in a do nothing town if the kids are gonna hook up it don't matter if they are at the fun place or the parking lot at walmart. I think you are doing the best by keeping your kids home .

4-H Dances should be held in another location. There are plenty of places that would be safer than The Fun Place.

I would not let my child go there, I have heard that the young girls sneak off with older guys and have sex or they just go into the woods......... Why would 17 year olds and up go out there anyways.?? I understand that we cannot be with our kids 24/7 but I cannot see knowingly letting them go somewhere that allows kids alot older than they are be there ya know that is just asking for it..........

Don't kno the age of your kids, but jus wondring if you allow them to go to other places where older people are. Older people enjoy some of the actiitvies at this place too and other places like the movies. The best thing for parents of youngins to do is to take the time to go with their child and to observe first hand, rather than to get on the net and yak with no proof. If ya do see bad things happnin take the time record by taking pics and to speak with managemnt and the owners. If that don't work, try calling the media.

What y'all need to do is handcuff these kids to the bedpost so you can keep close watch on them , tell me something just where can kids go to have a little fun no where in this county so why don't some of you concerned citizens go up there and watch so they can have a little time to run off the sugar that so stuck down their throats.

Well these people act like its a crime every time a kid has fun it don't matter where they are at so i figured they best hold their hand and not let them get dirty every kid needs to eat a little dirt it makes them healthy . Yes my kids knew the meaning of having fun they went to the fun place way back when they were young .but you know what mamma & daddy had the good sense to take them and not just drop them off we had fun WITH OUR KIDS not in spite of them. You see i was using sarcasum to make a point but just like a lot of things it just flew rite over your head and out the window.
